Eleven86

Eleven86 Real Artesian Water is the result of a promise made in 1995 to a small town in Autaugaville, AL. During the CEO Marquis Forge’s Valedictorian Speech, he promised not to forget where he came from, promised to return, and help rebuild the small town. “The Promise” took many years to become reality but the buried seed surfaced in September 2015. The death of a town pioneer triggered Marquis Forge to return home, where he received the instructions of “The Promise.”

After three years of directions from God and research, MRaine Industries, LLC opened a state-of-the-art water bottling plant in the heart of Autaugaville, AL. This facility became the economic catapult of growth for a dilapidated community. The revitalization process has secured many jobs for the local community and has gained local, state, and national recognition. Lastly, MRaine Industries offers a very high, ultra-premium, artesian water bottled at the source in Autaugaville, AL. Uncle Wiley’s Valentine’s Day Bone Broth Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

For the Protein
  • 2 chicken breasts or 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Uncle Wiley’s seasoning blend (or your favorite seasoning mix)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for a glaze)
For the Rice
  • 2 packs of A Dozen Cousins bone broth rice (any variety)
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Uncle Wiley’s seasoning
For the Garnish
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Protein:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub the chicken or salmon with olive oil, then coat with Uncle Wiley’s seasoning and smoked paprika.
  • For chicken: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For salmon: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Optional: Drizzle with honey in the last 5 minutes of baking for a sweet glaze.
2. Roast the Veggies:
  • Toss cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and bell peppers in olive oil, garlic powder, and Uncle Wiley’s seasoning.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
3. Prepare the Bone Broth Rice:
  • Follow the package instructions for A Dozen Cousins rice. Heat it up in the microwave or on the stovetop.
4. Assemble the Bowl:
  • Divide the rice between two plates or bowls.
  • Top with roasted veggies and the baked protein.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve with a lemon wedge for a citrusy kick.



Savory Chilau Caesar Salad with Yo Mama’s Dressing and Eleven86 Water Pairing

Ingredients:

For the Salad
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup croutons
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Yo Mama’s Caesar Dressing
For the Beverage
  • 2 bottles of chilled Eleven86 water
For the Meat
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (or your choice of steak or shrimp)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chilau sauce (classic or spicy, depending on preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

1. Prep the Meat:
  • Rub chicken breasts (or chosen protein) with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Chilau sauce to coat evenly.
2. Cook the Meat:
  • For chicken: Grill on medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For steak: Grill to desired doneness. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • For shrimp: Sauté or grill for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
3. Prepare the Salad
  • In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Drizzle Yo Mama’s Caesar Dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
4. Assemble the Dish:
  • Divide the salad among plates.
  • Slice the cooked meat and place on top of each salad.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge for extra brightness.
4. Serve with Eleven86 Water:
  • Plate the salad alongside a chilled bottle of Eleven86 water for a refreshing and balanced meal.



Citrus Blossom Refresher

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Eleven86 water (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (or blood orange for a vibrant twist)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 3-4 fresh basil leaves (or mint for a sweeter flavor)
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water or rosewater (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slices and edible flowers (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prep the Citrus Base:
  • In a mixing glass, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey/agave (if using). Stir until the honey dissolves.
2. Add the Floral Notes:
  • Add the orange blossom water or rosewater to the citrus mixture. Start with 1/2 tsp and adjust to your preference.
3. Add the Floral Notes:
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and basil leaves.
  • Pour the citrus-floral mixture over the ice.
  • Top with chilled Eleven86 water for a crisp, refreshing fizz.
4. Garnish and Serve:
  • Add a slice of orange or a lemon wedge to the rim of the glass.
  • Float edible flowers on top for an elegant touch.



The Smoove Float

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz NEW BLK & BOLD Nitro Cold Brew, Featuring BLK & Bold Smoove Operator - featuring Caramel
  • 3 scoops chocolate ice cream or any ice cream flavor, including Ben & Jerry’s Change Is Brewing Ice Cream
  • 2 oz club soda (for a little bubble action)
  • Ice
  • 1 splash of creamer of your choice
  • 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add in 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream and pour cold brew on top of ice cream.
  2. Add in a splash of creamer and soda for a fizz.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the float.

BOLD Tip: Amp up your experience and melt ½ bag of milk chocolate morsels in a bowl to dip the rims of your service glasses in. Once completely covered, place each glass in the freezer until the chocolate hardens and the glass is chilled. Once chilled, make your float and enjoy.
